Welcome to Cloudnine Club. By accessing our website and booking a workshop, you agree to the following Terms of Use, which are designed to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Booking & Payment

A workshop reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed through the secure Viva Payments system. Unpaid bookings are not considered valid.

2. Refund Policy

We appreciate that sometimes circumstances change. You may cancel your booking and request a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop. To complete a cancellation, please contact us first by telephone at +30 210 724 1071.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed through the same payment method as the original transaction.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop start time are non-refundable.

3. Packages & Credit Allocation

Upon purchasing a Workshop Package, your Cloudnine Club account will be credited with a set number of workshop credits. Each credit is valid for one spot in an eligible workshop at any future date.

3.1 Credit Redemption

• Eligibility: Credits are category-specific and can only be used to book workshops matching the category of the purchased package (e.g., a "Ceramics Package" credit can only be used for workshops in the "Ceramics" category).
• Booking: You can redeem your credits by booking any available, eligible workshop session through our online calendar. If a workshop is marked as "Package Only," it can only be booked using a Package Credit.
• Availability: Booking with a credit is subject to the availability of spots in the desired workshop session. We recommend booking in advance to secure your place.

3.2 Tracking Your Credits

You can view your remaining credits, purchase history, and booking history at any time by visiting the "My Workshops" section of your profile.

3.3 Cancellations Policy

All Workshop Package sales are final and are non-refundable. All bookings completed using credits are final and are non-refundable. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. General Terms

Cloudnine Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your purchase of a Workshop Booking and/or Workshop Package constitutes your agreement to these terms.
